  • How much does it cost? 

    • Every event is completely unique. Price is subject to the cost of ingredients on the menu, the time required to prepare it, and the staff required to serve and clean.   Clients often look for a set price to serve a certain number of people like ordering from a restaurant’s catering menu.  When you create your own menu, everything is exactly as you want it.  If you have a budget in mind that may be the best place to start.  For example, if a client is treating his or her family of 8 to a four course meal and needs to stay within a certain budget we can work that out together.  If a client wants to host a game day barbecue and his or her friends are all chipping in, we can calculate a per-head cost after the menu is decided.  Everything is designed to suit your needs and crafted to provide the exact experience you envision. 

  • Do we use our own dishes?

    • This depends on the style of event and the number of guests. Chefs Lennon has everything needed to fully serve multiple sit-down courses for up to twelve guests. Some clients like to use their own service ware. For parties of more than 12 or for non-seated events such as cocktail parties we prefer to use environmentally sustainable, disposable bamboo plate ware and utensils, unless otherwise preferred by the client. Chefs Lennon always brings everything needed to prepare the menu.

  • What kind of party should I have? 

    • That is entirely up to you as the client. If you’re envisioning an elegant sit-down dinner party, then you are only limited by the number of people you can comfortably sit at your dining room table or in your outdoor space. Maybe you have a few tables on your deck and would like a casual outdoor event that could be served family-style (plates and platters are passed and shared around individual tables). This is also popular for a “tapas” style event where multiple dishes are served for the table to share. Think about the occasion, the number of guests and the amount of space you have.

  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

    • Of course! We can accommodate special diets such as vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan. All the client’s favorite foods and definite dislikes are discussed while creating the menu and most importantly any allergies.

  • What is the cannabis leaf for next to the symbols for *vegetarian and *gluten free? 

    • As we mentioned on our home page, we grow all our own herbs.  For those who care to partake, we can infuse your culinary experience with fresh homegrown cannabis.  Because we grow it we can control it’s potency and desired effect.  We can infuse your beverage for a non-alcoholic buzz, your appetizers to well… get your taste buds going, or your dessert to end your meal with a sweet, relaxing finish.  We can happily offer you and your closest “buds” a full cannabis infused dinner party.
